La Violenza sulle donne è una violazione dei diritti umani.
La maggior parte delle violenze avvengono all’interno dell’ambiente domestico e possono determinare per le donne isolamento, incapacità di lavorare, limitata capacità di prendersi cura di se stesse e dei propri figli. I bambini che assistono alla violenza all’interno dei nuclei familiari possono soffrire di disturbi emotivi e del comportamento. La violenza fatta sulla madre impatta negativamente anche su di loro che diventano testimoni indifesi della violenza.
Esistono diverse forme di violenza:
- La violenza fisica, quella più evidente, dove il maltrattante usa la sua forza per procurare danni al corpo della vittima ad esempio tramite schiaffi, pugni, calci
- La violenza sessuale, dove la vittima viene costretta a subire rapporti sessuali non consenzienti
- La violenza psicologica, dove la vittima è umiliata, denigrata, offesa, sminuita anche agli occhi dei figli e della società
- La violenza economica che avviene tramite la privazione o il controllo dell’indipendenza economica ad esempio vietando alle vittime di lavorare e creando loro un danno psicologico impedendo loro l’autonomia e la possibilità di realizzarsi
- Lo stalking dove il comportamento persecutorio effettuato dal partner o dall’ex partner avviene tramite inseguimenti, appostamenti sotto casa, messaggi e telefonate insistenti, irruzioni nei luoghi in cui si trova la vittima. Spesso questi comportamenti sono accompagnati da minacce e intimidazioni.

Il CAV DUNA garantisce tutela, anonimato e riservatezza a tutte le donne che vi si rivolgono.

La violence à l'égard des femmes est une violation des droits de l'homme.
La plupart des violences se produisent au sein du foyer et peuvent avoir pour conséquence d'isoler les femmes, de les empêcher de travailler et de limiter leur capacité à s'occuper d'elles-mêmes et de leurs enfants. Les enfants qui sont témoins de violences au sein de la famille peuvent souffrir de troubles émotionnels et comportementaux. La violence perpétrée sur la mère a également un impact négatif sur les enfants, qui deviennent des témoins impuissants de la violence.
Il y a différentes formes de violence :
- La violence physique, la plus évidente, où l'agresseur utilise sa force pour causer des dommages au corps de la victime, par exemple en la giflant, en lui donnant des coups de poing ou des coups de pied.
- Violence sexuelle, lorsque la victime est contrainte à des rapports sexuels non consensuels
- La violence psychologique, où la victime est humiliée, dénigrée, insultée, rabaissée même aux yeux de ses enfants et de la société.
- La violence économique, qui se manifeste par la privation ou le contrôle de l'indépendance économique, par exemple en interdisant aux victimes de travailler et en leur créant des domages psychologiques en empêchant leur autonomie et la possibilità de se realiser.
- Harcèlement : le comportement de persécution du partenaire ou de l'ex-partenaire prend la forme de harcèlement, de harcèlement sous la maison, de messages et d'appels téléphoniques persistants, et d'intrusion dans les locaux de la victime. Ces comportements sont souvent accompagnés de menaces et d'intimidations.

Shumica e rasteve të dhunës ndaj grave ndodh brenda mjedisit familjar dhe mund të çojë në izolimin e grave, paaftësinë për të punuar dhe kufizimin e aftësisë për t'u kujdesur për veten dhe fëmijët e tyre. Fëmijët që janë dëshmitarë të dhunës brenda familjes mund të vuajnë nga çrregullime emocionale dhe të sjelljes.
